Denizens of Richardson Bay

Richardson Bay is unique. It is populated by a community of folks who have been colloquially referred to as "Anchor Outs." The Anchor Outs have been named such as that they live upon anchored boats within Richardson Bay. This community has existed for many decades. The lifestyle is often times difficult; stormy weather, theft, and the drugs that plague some within the community. It is also clear that the lifestyle is often times nothing short of amazing. This community attracts artists, eccentrics, and seekers of freedom. These people are one with the sea and experience nature as not many others are able.
